BEFORE STARTING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS
State law requires that parents be notified of their rights and responsibilities in certain matters pertaining to their children’s education. Details of Annual Parental Notifications of Rights and Responsibilities can be reviewed in the Oakdale Joint Unified School District “Parent Handbook.” Please familiarize yourself with these annual notifications and the Parent Handbook. If you’d like a printed copy, please request one from the Assistant Superintendent Pupil Services at (209) 848-4884.
Download, sign, and return the signature pages to your child’s school indicating you have reviewed the Parent Notice of Rights and Responsibilities/Parent Handbook. Also, where specified on this page, indicate whether you have a child on continuing medication and if you do not wish directory information to be released.
